FORT WAYNE, Ind., Aug. 28, 2026 — Senior1Care has named Cate Palace, RT, HFA, President of its Northeast Region. Palace brings more than 20 years of senior care leadership experience and will oversee the company’s operations and growth across Northeast Indiana, including offices in Fort Wayne, Angola, and Syracuse.

A licensed Health Facility Administrator, Palace has led multi-site organizations encompassing more than 1,000 licensed beds and 1,500 employees. Her background spans skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation and home care, with a focus on clinical quality, workforce stability and team development.

Palace holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Cincinnati and an associate degree in respiratory therapy. She lives in the Fort Wayne area and has been active with the Council on Senior Services.
