We collect your mobile phone number and any information you provide during the sign-up process.   • External (Service Updates): “Hi Sally, it’s Betty at Senior1Care. Just wanted to let you know that your caregiver is running a little late today. Please give the office a call at (574) 239-2273 if you have any questions.” Reply STOP to Opt-out.
  • External (Billing): “Hi Mr. Smith this is Senior1Care, a quick reminder from our billing Office.  We show we have not received payment for this month’s care. Please reach out to the billing group at (574) 239-2273 to make arrangements.” Reply STOP to Opt-out.
  • External (Service Updates):  “Caren, this is Senior1Care, I received your text that you wish to cancel the shift next Tuesday for your Dad.  We have cancelled the shift in our system.  Thanks.”   Reply STOP to Opt-out.

 

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary.  You may receive up to 10 Conversational SMS messages per week.

Please note that standard message and data rates apply, depending on your carrier’s plan.  These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
