24 Hour Access
Our management team is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to address your needs and ensure quality of service.
Once we schedule a shift for your loved one, we honor it. If a caregiver gets sick, we have another caregiver available to assist you. Additionally, our automated scheduling and telephonic recording system helps ensure we know where and when our caregivers are on their assignments.
We have the ability to send a caregiver to assist your loved one the same day you call.
Legacy CNA Training
The majority of our caregivers come from Legacy CNA Training, a certified nursing assistant training school we own and operate. Our clients notice a difference as the caregivers we hire come from a school that produced a remarkable 100% pass rate in 2016.
